🧾 Ingredients (Makes 12 servings)

  • 1 lb mochiko (glutinous rice flour – about 3½ cups)

  • 2½ cups white sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 5 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
